Guitar or Piano

Most of the time there is a tension between guitar and piano in praise and worship band. both musical instrument can be midrange or higher pitch side.

As a amature guitarists, I believe they would much loving on midrange playing rather than high pitch side, this is the same for amature pianist.

For my opinion, sometime it is easier for pianist to play higher range of pitch compared to guitar players and it is sound nicer especially come out with those fill in.

Of course there is always a mix and play between these two. and also “cultural” dependance.
